Rental Property Depreciation Appraisals

“us”, “we” and “DCL” means Depreciation Consultants Ltd
"you" means the person who orders and/or pays for Rental Property Depreciation Reports from Depreciation Consultants Ltd.
“Report” means the Rental Property Depreciation Reports produced by Depreciation Consultants Ltd.
These Terms of Trade apply to all Reports provided by us.
You accept that the Reports will be sent to you by email when completed and payment has been made in full.
You will be advised of the fee for your report by DCL or as agreed in advance.
The fee is based on information provided by you. If any information is inaccurate or any relevant information is omitted DCL reserves the right to charge you an additional fee which would have been payable had full disclosure been made.
Payment for Reports will be required in full before releasing the Report.
Invoices are payable within 7 days. If payment is not received within 60 days of invoice payment in full will be required and you will be charged for all debt recovery and legal costs DCL incurs as a result of the non-payment.
We incur costs when our Assessor cannot gain complete access to the property at the booked time and as per the access instructions supplied with the booking. Under these circumstances we may charge you a No Access Fee of $99 including GST. This may be payable regardless of whether or not you choose to re-book or cancel the report under these circumstances.
You agree that where a Report is being supplied for the purposes of a business the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.
All personal information that we collect and hold about you will be used for the purpose of providing you with our services. You have the right of access to and correction of personal information that is held about you.
All reports provided by DCL are for their stated purposes and for the use of you only. Reports are not to be referred to, or published in whole or in part, in any way without prior written approval of DCL.
DCL provides reports on the basis that the client has provided all the correct information that may affect the Report. Therefore DCL accepts no liability in respect of a Report where full and correct disclosure has not been made.
